Plaintiffs' motion to compel DoorDash Inc. to produce its PMQ for deposition is continued for further hearing to August 7, 2026. The parties have agreed on a PMQ deposition date of August 13, 2026. The parties dispute the scope of the topics and plaintiffs' request for production of documents. The parties have not adequately met and conferred on these topics and document requests. The court orders the parties to meet and confer telephonically or in person forthwith. If the disputes are not resolved, the parties shall submit simultaneous briefs on July 30, 2026, concerning any outstanding issues. If plaintiffs seek to enforce any document demands, they must provide a separate statement. (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1345, subd. (a)(5).)
The parties may present an agreed protective order at the August 7 continued hearing date. If they have not agreed on a form of protective order, they should describe any disputes about the form of order in their July 30 briefing. The court reserves the issue of sanctions for the August 7 hearing.
