The court intends to deny the petition in part and grant in part.

The court intends to deny the petition as to the proposed sale of the estate’s interest in the property to the executor and deny the petition as to authority to execute all documents necessary to complete the transaction. (Probate Code §9880; §9881)

The court intends to grant the petition as to the instruction to Isidro to provide documentation evidencing his claim of disproportionate contributions towards the mortgage of the Property.

Isidro to file and serve his accounting of contributions towards the mortgage of the property by 08/26/26.

As to Isidro’s requests raised in his objection. The court finds that the requests as to the administration of the property from the death of decedent onward are items which will necessarily be included in an estate account and report. As to any actions Antolino Hernandez made with respect to the property (payments, rental receipts, etc.) as an individual, objector has not filed for affirmative relief against Antolino Hernandez as individual.

The court sets an review hearing on 09/30/26 at 9:00 a.m. in Department J6.
