The Discover credit card appears to be in Suzie Niacaris’s name, not in the name of the conservatorship estate. If the card is being used by the conservator, it should be titled in the conservatorship estate name.

The accounting is a standard accounting. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 7.575(c), (d).) The expenses on the credit card are categorized only under “Credit Card Payments for Bills/Utilities” in Schedule D. This is not a valid subject-matter category. Each purchase using the card should be itemized in the disbursements schedule under the appropriate subject-matter (e.g., living expenses, medical expenses). If the credit card has a balance owing at the end of the account period, the balance should be shown in the schedule for liabilities as a debit owed.

Petitioner is directed to serve and file a verified supplement with corrected schedule(s) for the accounting in compliance with the foregoing.
