The conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service. Local Rule 10.02(J).

The status report was due on or before 04/17/2026, and was filed on 04/30/26. An Amended Status Report was filed 05/27/26.
A copy of the group home care plan is not attached. (See #2 of Conservatorship Status Report (VN233). Co-Conservators attached a copy of the IPP. Is there are a group home care plan aside from the IPP?
Discuss with co-conservators.
Co-Conservators to file the Proof of Service as required by Local Rule 10.02(J), on or before 08/07/26.
The court intends to continue the hearing to 08/18/26 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6 for the proof of service.
The next biennial status report and Court Investigators Report shall be filed by 04/17/28 and set for hearing on 05/30/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6.
The clerk shall give notice.
