Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) requires that a copy of the status report be served on the individuals identified in Probate Code section 2351.2, subdivision (a)(2)(A), and that the proof of service be filed with the court. This includes service on the conservatee. If a proof of service of the status report on the conservatee is not filed before the hearing, or the Court does not find good cause to waive it, the Court will continue this hearing to 8/11/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof to be filed.
The biennial status report was due by 6/3/26 and was filed on 4/6/26. It is complete. No appearance is required.
The next biennial status report is to be served and filed by 6/2/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 7/11/28, at 10:30 a.m. in Dept. J6.
The next court investigators report shall be due by 6/2/28.
The clerk shall give notice.
