A conservatorship is terminated by the death of the conservatee. (Prob. Code, Sec. 1860.) Upon the death of a conservatee, a final accounting must be submitted. (Prob. Code, Sec. 2620(a); CRC Prob. 7.1052(c).) No such accounting has been filed. The accounting submitted shall comply with Prob. C. Sec. 2620(b) and (c). Petitioner shall give notice as required by Prob. C. Sec. 2621 and Sec. 1460.
