ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

OSC IN RE DISMISSAL FOR FAILURE TO TIMELY SERVE COMPLAINT

This case was filed on MARCH 24, 2025, and still has not been served.

CRC 3.110(b)(1) required the Summons and Complaint be served within 60 days of filing the complaint. CCP 583.210 provides for dismissal if the Summons and Complaint have not been served within three years of filings the complaint.

Plaintiff has previously been admonished by the court to serve the Summons and Complaint and file a proof of service and has not done so.

Hearing on this OSC in re DISMISSAL has been set for March 29, 2027 at 3:00 pm in Dept. 520.

WRITTEN OBJECTION TO DISMISSAL showing GOOD CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed must be filed by March 15, 2026.

Failure to do so may result in permanent dismissal of this action and forfeiture of any and all claims raised in the complaint.

Order to Show Cause Re: Dismissal failure to serve is scheduled for 03/29/2027 at 03:00 PM in Department 520 at Hayward Hall of Justice.
