The proof of service for Brenden, Maria, and Clinton filed on July 9, 2026, fails to indicate a copy of the Petition was served under item 5. All individuals named in item 11(b) of the Petition for Appointment of Conservator may be served by mail at least five days before the hearing. Probate Code Section 2250(e)(3). The Petition is DENIED for lack of proper service. The Court notes the future date of August 3, 2026, for hearing on a Petition for Appointment of Conservator.
