The First Partial Inventory and Appraisal filed on June 25, 2026, is accepted by the Court. However, there is no proof of service of the Inventory and Appraisal for the Department of Health Care Services pursuant to the Request for Special Notice filed on May 6, 2026, or the Franchise Tax Board pursuant to the Request for Special Notice filed on June 15, 2026. The Court notes the future date of March 15, 2027, for Status of Administration. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
