The Court has reviewed the Children’s Services report filed on July 2, 2026, which recommends the Court deny the Petition. The report states that the minor is currently in the care of Margorita Martinez, that Ms. Martinez has petitioned for guardianship of the minor’s sister, and is in the process of filing for guardianship of Daviane. Additionally, the report indicates the minor is a member of the Pit River Tribe and the Tribe is supportive of placement with Ms. Martinez. Considering Petitioner’s failure to file and serve the documents necessary to move forward and the report from Children’s Services, the Petition is DENIED without prejudice. The clerk is directed to close the file. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
