CASE NUMBER: 25PG-0032838 This matter is on calendar for confirmation of counsel and resetting of court trial regarding a Petition for Visitation filed by the mother of the minor’s sibling, Melissa Hagstrom. Attorney Melissa Fanoe has been appointed as counsel for the minor. Proper notice of today’s proceeding has not been filed for the Pit River Tribe. A new Notice of Hearing was not filed for today’s date,
therefore the Court must assume that the proofs of service filed on June 22, 2026, and June 30, 2026, provided notice of the previous hearing date. This is insufficient.
The matter is continued to Monday, August 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 42 for further proceedings regarding confirmation of counsel and resetting of court trial. Petitioner is required to file and serve a new Notice of Hearing for the continued hearing date, along with a copy of the Petition, on the Pit River Tribe and file proof of service with the court. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
