The encumbrances on the real property should be subtracted from the gross FMV of the real property, not from the estimated value of the personal property. This matter is continued to September 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for the petitioner to file an Amended Petition with the will and codicil attached, a notice of hearing to the persons listed in Paragraph 8, and Proof of Publication.
