The Petition for Removal and Discharge of Conservator due to Incapacity is granted, and the Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel. Based upon the Court Investigator's Report dated Conservatorship of April 10, 2026, which the Court has read and considered, the conservatorship is necessary and 10:30 PR-34044 Branham, Rachael appropriate and the petition is granted. Fees are deferred. The Court Investigator's Information Leona Sheet is due by September 1, 2026 with a six-month review hearing on October 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. and a one-year review on April 13, 2027 at 10:30 a.m. with the Court Investigator's Information Sheet due by March 2, 2027. The Court will sign the form of order submitted.

Based upon the Court Investigator’s report dated March 13, 2026, which the Court has read and considered, the conservatorship is necessary and appropriate and shall continue. The conservatee is not capable of communicating, with or without reasonable accommodation, a desire to Conservatorship of 10:30 PR-39074 participate in the voting process. Fees are deferred. The Court Investigator Information Sheet is Engle, Whitney due by March 9, 2027 with a review hearing on April 20, 2027 at 10:30 a.m. to be heard concurrently with the next accounting, as previously set. Counsel shall submit a form of order within two weeks.
