Notice Of Motion And Motion To Compel
Set for Law and Motion/Discovery on Monday July 13, 2026, Line 4, DEFENDANT CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, BRIAN MURPHY's Motion To Compel.
Defendant City and County of San Francisco's motion to compel production of documents is granted in part. By agreeing to a schedule for this motion and opposing the motion on the merits, plaintiff Megan Regaldo waived any objects to the timeliness of the motion.
To the extent that she has not already done so, no later than July 20, 2026 Regaldo must produce all documents mentioned in her declaration in opposition to this motion that she "located." Once those documents are produced, Regaldo's declaration is a sufficient response to the City's request for the documents it seeks. The City may, however, pose questions to Regaldo at the next session of her deposition about the statements in that declaration including but not limited to what she did that she contends constitutes a "reasonable and diligent search" and whether any of the statements in the declaration contradicted her prior deposition testimony.
