Parties to appear in-person at 8:30 a.m. on July 10, 2026 and engage in further meet and confer efforts. Parties to report their progress at 9:30 a.m. Parties shall have a copy of separate statement indicating all resolved issues, to be handed to the Court. Parties should be prepared to continue meeting and conferring throughout the day until the issues are resolved.
The Court notes that while Plaintiff and Defendant each filed supplemental declarations of counsel, on July 6, 2026, and July 8, 2026, respectively, the Court has not received courtesy copies of either supplemental declaration or of any of the referenced amended responses. Parties are therefore ordered to additionally bring to the hearing courtesy copies of all supplemental filings, and additionally, any amended responses referenced in the supplemental filings that were not attached to the supplemental filings, to be provided to the Court. =(501/CFH)

Notice of contesting a tentative ruling shall be provided by sending an email to the court to Department501ContestTR@sftc.org with a copy to all other parties stating, without argument, the portion(s) of the tentative ruling that the party contests.
