Tentative Ruling
On June 26, 2026, the Court granted the application of D. Todd Matthews for admission pro hac vice on the condition that Counsel provide a list -- no later than July 2, 2026 -- of the Plaintiffs she seeks to represent, such as by listing the underlying case number(s). Counsel failed to do so. Counsel shall now do so forthwith. The Court continues the compliance hearing to 7/17/26.
