July 10, 2026, Probate Tentative Rulings
1. CU0001483 Susan Gabrielle, Formerly Known As Susan G. Turner-Conlon Vs. Phillip G. Conlon, Jr No appearances are required. In light of the parties joint statement, the Court continues the review hearing to August 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The parties shall submit a joint review hearing statement two weeks prior to the continued review date.
2. CU0001787 Carol Lynn Hills v. State of California No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues this matter to October 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Plaintiff shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendant as ordered by the Court on February 2, 2026. The clerk shall serve notice of the order to show cause.
3. P06-14433 In the Matter of Kayla Elizabeth Larsen Appearances are required. Conservator Mary Larsen shall be prepared to update the Court on her desire to remain as Conservator in light of her statements made to the Court Investigator during the Biennial Review.
4. P15-15861 In the Matter of Shane Krulisky No appearances are required. The Court has not received the investigation review report and continues this matter to October 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator.
5. PR0000904 In the Matter of Barbara Martinez Appearances are required. Before the Court is the October 7, 2026, petition of trustee Barbara Martinez for an order to produce information for accounting and for other relief. The Court must learn whether the petition will be opposed and, if so, when a written opposition will be filed.
If the petition is opposed, the Court is inclined to order the parties to attend mediation, with costs of the same to be paid by the trust, pursuant to Probate Code section 17206 and Breslin v. Breslin (2021) 62 Cal. App.5th 801, 806 (“The probate court has the power to order the parties into mediation.”).
6. PR0000934 In Re Patricia Francis Stone No appearances are required. The petition for appointment of probate Conservator of the person and estate is denied. A conservatorship for the proposed Conservatee has already been established in case PR0000819 and letters have issued.
