CASE NUMBER: 25PC-0032767 This matter is on calendar for Annuel Review and for hearing on Order to Show Cause issued to the Conservator, Jennifer Moser, for failure to appear on March 30, 2026, and failure to file an Annual Status Review. The Court Investigator and Public Defender have been unable to contact the Conservator regarding the review. A declaration was filed by the Conservator on May 12, 2026, in response to the Order to Show Cause. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar to address the Order to Show Cause and to discuss the status of the conservatorship.
