Procedural History 17 1) Petitioner Jose Antonio Ayon Bravo (Father) and Paris E. Carr (Mother) h ave one minor child 18 together, Isela (DOB 10/1/2022, age 3). 19 2) In a Stipulation and Order filed 1/22/2025, the parties agreed to share joint legal and joint 20 physical custody of Isela, that Father shall have parenting time every Saturday at 8PM to Tuesday 21 at 9AM, and that the parties shall work together to create a holiday schedule. 22 3) On 2/24/2026, Father filed a request to modify his parenting time to every Saturday at 8AM to 23 Sunday at 8PM.
At a 4/30/2026 hearing, the Court ordered that beginning 5/4/2026, Father shall 24 have overnight visitation every week from Monday at noon (school pick up) until Tuesday at 25 noon (school drop off), and that the parties can agree to additional parenting time for Father. The 26 Court scheduled a review hearing for 7/9/2026 and ordered the parties to file update declarations 27 by 6/25/2026. 28
1 B. Findings and Orders 2 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 3 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. A violation of this order may subject the party in
4 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor
5 child is the United States. 6 2) The Court has not received update declarations or any new information from either party. The 7 Court maintains the current custody and parenting time order. If either party has any requests for 8 changes to the current order, they may file a new request for order.
9 3) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 10
