The Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel filed by Diana Thomas on 05/11/2026 is Granted.

Plaintiffs and counsel are ORDRED to personally appear, either in person or remotely via Zoom, to address issues relating to representation, case status, and future proceedings. Failure to appear may result in appropriate sanctions or other orders.

The unopposed motion of attorney Diana Thomas of the Phoong Law Corporation to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiffs Natasha Stella Williams and Larry Anthony Grayson Jr. is GRANTED. (CRC 3.1362.)

The court will sign Counsel's proposed order. (MC-053.) Counsel must serve the signed order upon Plaintiffs, and file proof of service with the court. The order will become effective upon filing of the proof of service. (CRC 3.1362(e).)

Counsel shall make a reasonable attempt to notify Plaintiffs of the Court’s tentative ruling, including the order to appear, and the process for properly contesting by 4:00 p.m. one court day prior to the date of hearing.
