Before the Court is a Petition filed on June 8, 2026 by Srikanth Koneru (the “Petitioner”), who is the Parent and Guardian ad item of Neela Koneru, a minor, for an Order Approving a Compromise of Claim or Action or Disposition of Proceeds of Judgment for Minor (the “Petition”).

The Petition is well grounded in the law, well supported by the facts, and reasonable in all respects. The Court finds that all the relief sought is in the best interests of the minor Neela Koneru.

Accordingly, the Petition is GRANTED in all respects.

As the prevailing party, Petitioner is ORDERED within 10 days of today to prepare and file a Proposed Order Approving a Compromise of Claim or Action or Disposition of Proceeds of Judgment for Minor, using Judicial Council Form MC-351, which the Court will then review and sign.
