On its own motion, the Court continues this matter to April 13, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. A. Petitioner is directed to carefully comply with the following to avoid the need for another continuation. Petitioner to submit a new proposed notice order first, followed by a completed proof of service to the parties listed in the prescribed notice list at least fifteen (15) days prior to the continued hearing. Further, a declaration in support of a request to waive notice to any individuals, including deceased individuals, and a proposed order regarding same. Petitioner has submitted documents in disjunct order and/or without sufficient time to properly notice the hearing. As such, the Court directs Petitioner to “go back to the drawing board” with regard to notice.
