Petitioner shall submit a declaration regarding her position on bond no later than two weeks prior to the continued court date; alternatively, the Court is inclined to set bond at $500,000.00. Additionally, court appointed counsel, Richard Keene, shall submit a declaration indicating the Conservatee’s position on the request for conservatorship no later than two weeks prior to the continued date. Petitioner shall provide notice of the continued court date.

9. PR0000959 In the Matter of Thomas Rios, Jr. No appearances are required. The petition to administer the estate is granted as prayed. Letters shall issue once Petitioner has lodged the will with the Court. See Local Rule 8.06. Petitioner shall submit a proposed order.
