The following issues are noted for the Court at the hearing: Amended petition re: distribution. The Probate Notes posted for the original hearing date of December 17, 2025, stated that an amended petition would need to be filed, because the proposed distribution in the petition filed on October 29, 2025, would violate Local Rule1735, as well as likely result in issues related to Family Code section 3900.

The amended petition was filed on April 10, 2026, thus does not have sufficient time for notice so that the petition can be heard on the current hearing date. (CRC, Rule 7.53.)

It is recommended that the matter be continued to a date to be set by the Court at the hearing, unless the party appears and requests a different date, or submits a request for a different continuance date prior to the hearing. (Local Rule 1721(c)(2)(A-B).) If the matter is continued, documents must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the new hearing date to be considered.
