Defendants' Motion to Quash Service of Summons is DENIED. Defendants move to quash service of the unlawful detainer summons under Delta Imports Inc. v. Municipal Court (1983) 146 Cal.App.3d 1033, on the grounds that the Complaint fails to state a cause of action for unlawful detainer. However, Defendants' argument is based entirely on facts that do not appear on the face of the Complaint. Defendants have failed to identify any deficiency in the Complaint to support their conclusion that the Complaint fails to state a cause of action for unlawful detainer. =(501/CFH)
