Set for Law and Motion/Discovery Calendar on Monday, April 20, 2026, Line 4. 6 - Defendants 1925 Leavenworth Homeowners' Association, et al.'s motion to strike Plaintiffs Barbara Ellen Jones and Hannah LaPorte Jones' reply brief in support of Plaintiffs' motion to exclude Defendants' expert witnesses is DENIED.

The motion is denied. The court knows how to identify new evidence and new arguments first presented on reply and disregards them absent a showing justifying late submission. Defendants are ordered to prepare a proposed order consistent with the above and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
