Demurrer is sustained with leave to amend for Plaintiff to allege facts (not conclusions) in support of each element as to each defendant of each cause of action for 1st cause of action for violation of CC 2923.6; 2nd cause of action for violation of CC 2923.7; 3rd cause of action for violation of CC 3273.11; 4th cause of action for wrongful foreclosure; 5th cause of action for Violation of Rosenthal Act and 10th cause of action for Conversion. Demurrer is otherwise overruled, all other causes of action are sufficiently stated.
Plaintiff shall have 15 days to file an amended complaint. All amendments shall be in bold font. Defendant's request for judicial notice is granted as to the existence of the documents and their legal effect. =(501/CFH)
