Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.'s unopposed Motion To Set Aside Dismissal And Enter Judgment Under Stipulation is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, judgment shall be entered as such: Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. shall recover $7,641.23 in principal and $0 in costs, for a total judgment of $7,641.23. This is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement and related events. Plaintiff never filed a request for dismissal, so no dismissal can be set aside.
Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order containing the above text verbatim.
