Langstaff Motion to Compel Arbitration Professional Dental Corporation vs. Swope Defendant City National Bank’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Proceedings Pending this Motion and Pending Arbitration is GRANTED. 30-2024-01439562 Plaintiffs William N. Langstaff DDS and Willim N. Langstaff Professional Dental Corporation, and Defendant City National Bank, are ORDERED to arbitrate all claims between them that are asserted in this action.
