In light of the issues now on appeal before the Sixth Appellate District because of the filing of the Notice of Appeal of the Order Vacating the Default Judgment, the Court STAYS this case until the appeal is complete.

Accordingly, the Court orders this Hearing on Cross-Defendants’ Motion to Strike STAYED until the appeal is complete.

After the appeal is complete, Cross- Defendants may serve a Notice resetting this Hearing on Cross-Defendants’ Motion to Strike in Department 16.
