This matter will be heard in department 505 by the Honorable Michelle Tong at 1:30 p.m. per the order of the presiding judge.

No later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on April 9, 2026, Plaintiff to file a declaration by registered process server Stephen Sabol regarding the circumstances of his signature of the Amended Proof of Service of Summons dated 9/25/2025 (i.e. when and how he signed this document); or if Stephen Sabol did not sign the Amended Proof of Service of Summons dated 9/25/2025, a declaration from the person who affixed Stephen Sabol's signature to this document describing the circumstances under which Stephen Sabol's signature was affixed.

If Plaintiff received a receipt or tracking number was issued for the 8/20/2025 mailing described in the Amended Proof of Service of Summons dated 9/25/2025, Plaintiff is requested to provide this information as well. Plaintiff shall bring copies of these documents to the hearing. All declarants are ordered to be available either in person or via Zoom with video capabilities in the event the Court has further questions. =(501/MT)
