The Court intends to hold an evidentiary hearing on the issue of whether the conservatee still meets the criteria for appointment of a conservator of the person and/or estate. (Prob. Code, § 1863.) The conservatee must be produced at the hearing for the petition for termination to be granted. (Prob. Code, § 1863, subd. (b).) Any party opposing termination will need to present evidence showing that the conservatee still meets the criteria for appointment of a conservator.
