No later than April 1, 2026 moving party to file a supplemental declaration limited to the following: (1) the date of Defendant's deposition; (2) the date the transcript was requested; (3) whether expedited transcript is offered by the court reporter and what the timeline for expedited and regular transcript is; (4) attach a copy of the opposition to the MSJ highlighting the portions referencing the deposition of Defendant; if none exist state "none." (5) attach a copy of any filing in advance of the hearing on the MSJ highlighting the portions seeking a continuance to obtain further discovery, i.e. a certified copy of the deposition transcript if none exist state "none." (6) the date expert Sims was retained; (7) the date expert Sims provided his findings; (8) a copy of the declaration that Plaintiff's counsel was planning to attach but inadvertently did not attach to the opposition; if none exist state "none." (9) attach a copy of the opposition to the MSJ highlighting the portions referencing expert Sims findings; if none exist state "none." (10) attach filed endorsed copies of the declarations of Graham and Sims filed in support of the motion for reconsideration/relief under CCP 473(b) on or about December 31, 2025.
