In the matter of Celeste and Claire CASE NO.: PR2093 Quintana TENTATIVE GUARDIANSHIP RULING

NO APPEARANCE REQUIRED at hearing currently set on June 24, 2026 at 1:30 PM.

The court has received and reviewed the Confidential Guardianship Status Report and Court

Investigator’s Review Report and finds the guardianship remains necessary, convenient and in

the best interest of the minor. The Court sets the next annual review hearing for June 23, 2027, at

1:30 PM. A current Confidential Guardianship Status Report shall be filed thirty (30) days prior

to the hearing date. This tentative Ruling shall become the Court’s order unless a party seeking to contest the

ruling contacts the Clerk of the Court no later than 3:00 p.m. on court day prior to the hearing

date and provides notice to any opposing party of the intent to appear at the hearing.

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, IT IS SO ORDERED.
