Discussion:
Tang was properly served the subpoena for records on January 22, 2026, but did not respond by the 30-day deadline. Tangs eventual response on March 19, 2026 did not include formal objections. Neither Tang nor any party to action have filed an opposition providing any authority or argument why Tang should not be compelled to comply. Defendants motion is GRANTED.
Defendant did not request sanctions. No sanctions will be awarded.
