Defendant Level 3 Design Group, Inc.’s Motion to Compel Paul Tang Architects, Inc.’s Compliance with Subpoena for Production of Business Records is GRANTED.

Nonparty Paul Tang Architects, Inc. is ordered to comply with the subpoena within 10 days of service of this order.

Moving party to give notice.

Discussion:

Tang was properly served the subpoena for records on January 22, 2026, but did not respond by the 30-day deadline. Tang’s eventual response on March 19, 2026 did not include formal objections. Neither Tang nor any party to action have filed an opposition providing any authority or argument why Tang should not be compelled to comply. Defendant’s motion is GRANTED.

Defendant did not request sanctions. No sanctions will be awarded.
