Plaintiffs Joao Pinto, Maria Cabral de Moncada, Fatima Cardoso and Plinio Filho's unopposed Motion (A) To Lift Stay And (B) For An Order Allowing The Claims Of João Nugent Ramos Pinto To Be Maintained is GRANED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion to lift the stay is granted in part and the stay shall be lifted effective April 1, 2026. The motion under Code of Civil Procedure section 377.31 is denied without prejudice.
