All Attorneys are ordered to appear in person in dept. 19 for hearing on the Plaintiffs' and Defendants' Ex Parte Applications.

Plaintiffs' attorney and Defendants' attorney must each bring to this hearing a typed list of 3 proposed discovery referees, their hourly rates, administrative fees and retainer fee demands, their contact information (addresses and telephone numbers) and information as to their dates of availability to make recommendations on all pending discovery motions.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
