DEFENDANT RICHARD OLIVAS DEMURRER to 1ST Amended COMPLAINT is SUSTAINED in part and overruled in part, subject to opposition. Demurrer is sustained with leave to amend to reconcile allegations in Paragraphs 10(a)(3); 9(b)(1) and the Three (3) Day Notice to Quit. Demurrer is otherwise overruled.
