Respondent filed and served her Responsive Declaration to Request for Order and her Income and Expense Declaration on May 18th, however Respondent signed the Proof of Service.
The parties are ordered to appear to address the defect in service and whether Petitioner waives the defect.
TENTATIVE RULING #9: THE PARTIES ARE ORDERED TO APPEAR TO ADDRESS THE DEFECT IN SERVICE AND WHETHER PETITIONER WAIVES THE DEFECT.
