TENTATIVE RULING: No appearances required. The Court acknowledges the Guardianship Status Report filed on May 13, 2026, as well as the Court Investigator memo filed June 25, 2026. The Guardian is to cure the deficiencies in the filed status report as described in the Court Investigator memo. The case is continued one month to August 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61 for proof of compliance with the order to cure the deficiencies. If the Guardian has at that time filed an amended GC-251 or a verified declaration providing the required information, an appearance will be waived, and a new hearing date shall be set for one year out for the filing of the annual Status Report.
