LAW & MOTION TENTATIVE RULINGS DEPARTMENT 5 July 2, 2026 8:30 a.m./1:30 p.m.
14. MADISON MOODY V. MAURICE MOODY 25FL1089
Petitioner filed a Request for Order (RFO) seeking child custody and parenting plan orders as well as child support orders. Petitioner concurrently filed an Income and Expense Declaration. The parties were referred to Child Custody Recommending Counselling (CCRC) with an appointment on May 11, 2026 and a review hearing on July 2, 2026. Respondent was mail served on April 16, 2026.
Both parties appeared at CCRC and reached a full agreement. On May 14, 2026, parties submitted a stipulation which the court adopted as its order resolving the custody and parenting plan issues. Therefore, the court finds this portion of the RFO to be moot.
Respondent has not filed a Responsive Declaration or an Income and Expense Declaration.
The court orders parties to appear for the hearing on the issue of child support. Respondent is ordered to bring a completed Income and Expense Declaration with him.

THE COURT FINDS THE CUSTODY AND PARENTING PLAN PORTION OF THE RFO TO BE MOOT AND DROPS THAT PORTION FROM CALENDAR. THE COURT MAINTAINS ALL CURRENT ORDERS IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
