TENTATIVE RULING: No appearances required. The Court acknowledges the Guardianship Status Report filed on June 5, 2026, as well as the Court Investigator memo filed June 30, 2026. The Guardian is to cure the deficiencies in the filed status report as described in the Court Investigator memo. The case is continued one month to August 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61 for proof of compliance with the order to cure the deficiencies. If the Guardian has at that time filed an amended GC-251 or a verified declaration providing the required information, an appearance will be waived, and a new hearing date shall be set for one year out for the filing of the annual Status Report.

TENTATIVE RULING:
Appearance of the Guardian IS required. The Court notes the Guardian still has not filed a corrected/updated GC-251 that includes information related to the ward’s current address (Question 2(a)-(e)) as ordered on May 5, 2026. The Guardian is to appear and file an updated GC-251 curing the deficiencies noted in the Court Investigator’s Memo, or show cause why the Court should not impose sanctions or terminate the guardianship for failure to comply with the Court’s order.
