Respondent Maritza Ramirez (Mother) brought an ex parte request for order (RFO) for a change of custody on June 10, 2026. The Court denied the ex parte, ordered Mother to serve Father and set the matter for hearing on June 30, 2026. There is no proof of service. The RFO is denied without prejudice.
