FIRST AND FINAL REPORT OF ADMINISTRATOR AND PETITION FOR ITS SETTLEMENT ON WAIVER OF ACOUNT AND FOR FINAL DISTRIBUTION
TENTATIVE RULING: The matter is CONTINUED to August 4, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B.
Petitioner requests a waiver of the accounting required pursuant to Probate Code, § 10951. Petitioner alleges that all persons entitled to distribution have waived the requirement. (See Petition at ¶ 16.) The Court is unable to locate any such waiver(s) in its files. (See Prob. Code § 10954.) Finally, Petitioner fails to cite to authority suggesting that a lack of estate assets excuses the requirement. The matter is therefore continued to permit Petitioner time to file waivers of accounting or to file an accounting.
