2025PRCP047074: IN THE MATTER OF ERIK ANTHONY ESPINOZA 06/30/2026 in Department J6 Court's Order to Show Cause re: Filing of Death Certificate, Notice of Death and Termination
Local Rule 10.03(E) requires the filing of the death certificate within 30 days of death of the conservatee. Probate Code section 2361, subdivision (a), requires the conservator to serve notice of conservatees death to all persons entitled to notice and to file the proof of delivery with the court.
As of 6/25/26, the conservators have not filed the death certificate or the proof of delivery of the notice of conservatees death. They are ordered to file the documents forthwith. If the documents are not filed prior to this hearing, the Court will continue the hearing to 7/28/26, at 9:00 a.m., in J6. The mandatory appearances by the co-conservators Andrew Valverde and Ivette Jurado will be required.
The clerk is to give notice.
