On January 13, 2026, Defendant brought an ex parte application to advance the hearing date on its motion, which was set for February 10, 2026, eight days after the February 2, 2026 trial date. Judge Feng denied the application, finding no good cause. Accordingly, the motion is off calendar. The joinder of Defendant Hennessy Industries LLC is OFF CALENDAR for the same reason as above.
Any party wishing to contest the tentative ruling must email contestasbestostr@sftc.org by 4:00 p.m. on the day before the hearing and state their intention to contest.
