TENTATIVE RULING #7: ABSENT OBJECTION, THE COURT WILL REMOVE THE PETITIONER AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. ANY PERSON WHO HAS AN OBJECTION MAY MAKE IT ANY TIME, EVEN ORALLY AT THE HEARING (PROBATE CODE § 1043).
