Estate of: 9:00 26PR00245 Doughty, The petition is granted and the Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel. Richard Byron
The Court notes a typographical error in Paragraph 1 of the Petition wherein Settlor Jeffrey B. Welch is Welch Family erroneously identified as "JOSHUA M. WELCH, the Settlor". However, because the Settlor is thereafter Trust Dated correctly identified as Jeffrey B. Welch throughout the remainder of the Petition and attached 9:00 26PR00253 November 5, supporting documents, as well as the proposed Order, the Court will not require an amended petition 2024 but notes the discrepancy and typographical error here for the record. The Petition is granted and the Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.
