PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO APPOINT BROKER PURSUANT TO PARTITION OF REAL PROPERTY ACT AND TO APPOINT REFEREE TO ISSUE REPORT ON OFFSETS is DENIED without prejudice for Plaintiff to bring a motion for appointment of referee, if necessary and proper, after Plaintiff locates a proposed referee ready and willing to accomplish the partition in-kind envisioned by Plaintiff. Alternatively, Plaintiff may proceed with the proper procedure for partition by sale. =(501/CFH)
