On June 12, 2026, Jeffrey Slocum filed written objection to that petition, and a competing petition for appointment as administrator, placing this matter at issue and requiring evidentiary hearing to resolve. 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.) The following must be submitted: Trust Instrument. The Petition and/or accompanying documents reveal the existence of a trust. A copy of the trust, and all accompanying amendments, must be submitted for review, to ensure compliance with the Decedent's testamentary intent and notice to individuals who might otherwise not be given notice. (Local Rule, 1791(c).)
